Buying
Where to buy Dentanol
Who takes the money, which contact route can actually see an order, which one cannot, and the four things to ask for in writing before you pay — which between them are the single most useful action a reader of this site can take.
Orders go through the seller’s own checkout. The order desk is +1 (302) 200-3480, described in the pack as a BuyGoods default order desk — a payment processor’s line rather than the brand’s. No sales email exists: not published — the pack routes written order queries to the sales contact page The website email at [email protected] answers questions about these pages, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET, and cannot see orders.
Who is who
Four parties stand between a formula and a doorstep. On this product exactly one of them is named in a way a buyer could act on, and it is not the one that made the tablets.
| Party | Role | What is published |
|---|---|---|
| Manufacturer | Makes the tablets | Not published. No manufacturer is named anywhere in the material supplied |
| Packer or distributor | Bottles and ships the product | Not printed on anything supplied to this desk. This is the fifth of the five statements the FDA lists as required on a label, and it is absent |
| Godentanol | The retail desk operating this site | Office 1700 Broadway, Floor 28, New York, NY 10019, USA; returns 450 Park Avenue, Floor 5, New York, NY 10022, USA; email [email protected] |
| Order desk | Takes and handles orders | +1 (302) 200-3480 — the pack calls it a BuyGoods default order desk |
| Testing laboratory | Would issue a Certificate of Analysis | Not published. We have the reference DEN-4795-26-GO and no document, and no laboratory is named |
The second row is the one to read twice. The FDA’s labeling guide is explicit that a dietary supplement label carries “the name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor”. Nothing supplied with this product carries any of the three. The two street addresses on this page belong to the retail desk in New York, and a retail desk is not a manufacturer, a packer or a distributor. Publishing them beside a product is not the same thing as the product carrying them, and this site will not let the two be confused.
That absence is why the section below exists. On a product with a named manufacturer there is somebody to write to about the formula. Here the only routes that exist are a payment processor’s order line and a contact page, and everything a buyer might want to know has to be asked through one of them.
The order desk, and what the pack says about it
The number given for orders is +1 (302) 200-3480. The seller pack supplied with this product describes it in its own words as a BuyGoods default order desk — a line belonging to the payment processor that handles the transaction rather than to the brand whose name is on the bottle.
That is reported neutrally, because it is an ordinary arrangement in direct-to-consumer supplement sales and it is not evidence of anything improper. A processor’s desk can look up an order, take a return request and start a refund. Those are the three things most callers need, and they are handled well by exactly this kind of line.
What it changes is expectation. A payment processor’s desk is not the natural home for a question about a formula, a serving size or an allergen, and on this product those are the only questions worth asking. It is still the right number to ring, because it is the only number there is — but a caller should know in advance whose desk it is, and should be prepared for an answer that has to be fetched from somewhere else.
There is also no sales email at all. The pack routes written order queries to a contact page rather than to an address, which means a buyer who prefers to put a request in writing has no address to send it to and no record of having sent it beyond a form submission. That matters here more than it usually would, because the request this page recommends is specifically a request for a document, and a document is easier to ask for and easier to chase in an email thread than through a web form.
The practical answer is to call, ask on the telephone, and then ask them to send the answer to your email address so that the reply creates the written record the pack does not otherwise provide.
What to ask for before you pay
This is the most useful section on this site, and it takes one telephone call. Four documents, all of which exist for every compliant dietary supplement sold in the United States, none of which reached this desk. Ask for them in writing, before you pay rather than after.
Four fields, four blanks. Every one of them is standard on a dietary supplement sold in the United States, and none of the four appears on any image, graphic or document supplied with this product.
Ring the order desk and ask for all four by name
+1 (302) 200-3480. Use the words on the panel above: the Supplement Facts panel, the ingredient list, the serving size and the allergen statement. Naming them individually matters, because “what is in it?” can be answered with an adjective and these four cannot.
Ask for them in writing, to your own email address
A photograph of the panel is enough. A typed list is enough. What is not enough is a description on a telephone call that neither of you can produce afterwards. Since the pack publishes no sales email, the written record has to be created by asking them to write to you.
Ask the serving-size question in plain words
“How many tablets a day, and is thirty tablets a month or a fortnight?” The pack’s entire instruction on this is “Follow the label. Confirm the pack you received.” and no label carrying a direction was supplied to us.
Ask the allergen question separately
A chewable tablet is a sweetened, flavoured, compressed food. The excipients that make it chewable are exactly the ones an allergic buyer needs named, and they would appear on an Other Ingredients line that nothing supplied with this product carries.
Write down the date, the answer, and who gave it
If the four arrive, the largest objection on this site has been answered and you can buy on an informed basis. If they do not, you have learned something decisive for the price of a telephone call.
Why this is the single most useful thing a reader can do
Every other criticism on this site follows from one absence. There is no Supplement Facts panel, so there is no ingredient list, so there is no amount, no allergen statement and nothing to check a medicine or a pregnancy against. One document closes all of it. It costs a phone call, it is a completely reasonable thing to ask a seller for, and the quality of the answer tells you as much as the answer itself.
Every contact route we were given
| Route | Detail | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Order desk | +1 (302) 200-3480 | Anything about an order: status, changes, returns, refunds. Also the four requests above. Have the order ID ready |
| Sales email | not published — the pack routes written order queries to the sales contact page | There is no address to write to. Written order queries are routed to a contact page |
| Website email | [email protected] | Pages, corrections, sources, privacy and press. Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm ET. It cannot see orders |
| Office address | 1700 Broadway, Floor 28, New York, NY 10019, USA | Correspondence with the retail desk. Not a returns address |
| Returns address | 450 Park Avenue, Floor 5, New York, NY 10022, USA | Physical returns only — call first, and read the refund policy |
| Manufacturer contact | Not printed on anything supplied to this desk | There is nobody to contact about the formula itself |
The division of labour is the part to remember. The website email at [email protected] is this editorial desk: it will correct a page, name a source, answer a privacy question or take a press enquiry, and it has no visibility of your order whatsoever. If you have paid for something and need help with it, the telephone is the route, and calling is faster than writing — which is just as well, because there is no sales address to write to.
Both New York addresses belong to the same retail operation and they are easy to confuse. The office is on Broadway; returns go to Park Avenue. Posting a return to the office costs weeks rather than days. Copy the address from the refund policy page or read it back to the order desk on the telephone rather than working from memory.
How this site earns, in plain terms
Godentanol did not make Dentanol, did not formulate it and does not ship it. This site earns a commission when an order is placed through the checkout link on it. That never changes the price you pay, and it is disclosed here rather than in a footer nobody reads.
It creates an obvious conflict of interest, which is why the editorial rules on this site are written down and then actually applied. Nothing is named that was not supplied. The eight photographs on the ingredient graphic are described and not identified, because guessing a species from a picture and then publishing research about the species we guessed would be inventing a fact. No customer rating, review count or testimonial appears anywhere. Anything not published to us stays “not published” instead of being filled in with something plausible.
The clearest test of whether those rules are real is what the site recommends and what it scores. A commission-maximising page recommends the six-pack, which is the most money, and awards four stars. This one recommends the single bottle at $78.99, scores the product 1.8 out of 5, and spends its most prominent section telling you to ring the order desk and ask for a document before you buy anything at all. The reasoning is on the pricing page and the scorecard.
Ask for the panel before you pay
Thirty chewable tablets, a published price to the cent, and a 60-day money-back window. What is not published is the Supplement Facts panel, the ingredient list, the serving size and the allergen statement. The order desk can be asked for all four in writing, and that request costs nothing.
