Three of those columns were printed for us and three are arithmetic: $177.00 over three bottles is $59.00, $294.00 over six is $49.00, and the tablet figures follow from thirty tablets a bottle — the one quantity the front of the bottle states.
The single bottle is the only pack charged shipping. That one line does more work in this list than it appears to.
